Job description: As a Professional Services Manager for XpertHR, you will be responsible for ensuring that high value customers can elaborate their people data use cases and link these to data integration, tool adoption and analysis interpretation actions. In particular, you will use your considerable pay equity experience and know-how to help clients successfully adopt the Gapsquare Fairpay PRO solution.

This role is based in either Bristol or London and will require occasional travel between XpertHR offices and may also involve limited visits to client sites.

This is initially a 12-month fixed term contract.

Your responsibilities:

– Work with clients to elaborate their pay equity objectives into defined people data requirements and product usage actions

– Assisting clients with data integration (in collaboration with 2nd line support)

– Training customers on our products (in collaboration with 2nd line support)

– Working with clients to interpret statistical outputs

– Project management of our implementation process

– Provision of bespoke reports as required

– Careful management of project scope and outcomes

– Assisting sales team during pre-sales activities

We are looking for:

– University degree or equivalent, with proven experience in a similar role or human resource management

– Experience of gender pay gap reporting, equal opportunities analysis and pay grading processes

– Understanding and interpretation of standard statistical methods, including linear regression

– Experience of managing junior colleagues in analytics and client support activities

– As you will be in direct contact with customers, strong customer focus and scope control is a must

Your team:

You will be part of the XpertHR Gapsquare team, and report to the VP Partnership and Growth

You will supervise, direct and develop a data analyst attached to your team

You will be working closely with data operations, product, support and sales teams
