This is a fantastic opportunity to join SSCL as an Order to Cash Administrative Assistant. This role is a full time/hybrid and permanent role, you will be based in the office in Newport Thursdays and Fridays and work from home Monday-Wednesday.

What you will be doing:
- Cash management activities
- Transactional role dealing with debt collections
- Ensure day to day service delivery and achievement of all Order to Cash SLA and KPIs by monitoring workloads and escalating issues that could affect delivery targets to the
- Management Team.
- Use systems such as Oracle and SOP
What you’ll bring:
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Previous experience of cash management and debt activity
- Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with people at all levels both internally and externally
- Takes pride in delivering a high quality, high accuracy tasks under strict deadlines
It would be great if you had:
- Cash management experience
- knowledge of Oracle and/or SOP
