Ideally classically trained
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Hospitality or from fresh Restaurant kitchen
Recent experience as a Sous Chef
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, kitchen management software, POS)
Knowledge of best practices for H&S and training kitchen staff and implementing kitchen procedures
High level of reliability and outstanding organisational skills
Experience in building and costing menus and food ordering
