We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team for a 6-month fix-term contract. As a Graphic Designer for UNIQLO UK, you will have a hybrid role. The overarching purpose is to support our stores in the UK and the EU region with their creative marketing asset needs. What you will be responsible for • Creating the graphic design for instore projects • Creating 3D visualisations for instore projects • Coordinating the information flow from SSC (HQ) to the stores each week • Following up on quick-fix initiatives on store-level • Developing of renders and creating on an ad-hoc basis for miscellaneous projects for the business • Coordinating collateral orders between stores and our vendors • Managing together with the UK VM Manager and other members of the VMD organization the budget (raising POs, invoicing and budget tracking) on an ongoing basis • Being the point of contact for vendors • Preparing VMD creative documents for presentations and other initiatives when needed • Confirming between teams regarding creative assets Candidate’s Profile • Previous experience in graphic design within the retail industy • Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustration • Above average Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel (use of formulas) • Above average SketchUp skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to prioritize and multi-task • Strong sense of personal responsibility and ability to focus, complete tasks with speed, and adjust flexibly to tight deadlines and changes in strategy • Self-starter who can run projects and tasks on their own without direct supervision • Self-driven with a “can do” attitude • Open to change and is happy to work in a flexible environment • Clear and efficient with communication both written and oral • Able to analyse and grasp small details quickly UNIQLO is an inclusive employer and we welcome applications from all profiles, regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, disabilities or background.
