We are looking to recruit a qualified real estate surveyor who wishes to develop their skills and experience within our highly regarded Property team. Your role will be to manage a range of property projects and provide quality advice and professional services to the County Council and its partners. Your focus will be on landlord & tenant work, acquisitions, disposals, and property management. The range of County Council and partner assets is vast, including schools, care homes, fire and police stations, libraries, offices, country parks, highway infrastructure, waste recycling facilities and industrial estates.
You will be a highly motivated individual who is looking to develop to your career in real estate. You will have relevant knowledge and experience to be able to progress quickly in the role. You will be an excellent communicator and negotiator.
