Job description: We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Membership Club Manager to join the Rapport family at our client’s modern offices based in Paddington and Liverpool Street. Your job title will be Club Manager.
The Club Manager is responsible for overall management and coordination of Club at Paddington (4KS) and 100 Liverpool Street including Shared Meeting Rooms, The Lounge, The Study, The Landing, Events Spaces as well as back of house facilities. This position also requires the administration of sales, audit performance, profitability and team management objectives.
More about the role:
Responsibilities for this role will include
- You will be the first point of contact for all booking enquiries via email, phone or in person and provide guests with warm and informative experience
- You will be extremely customer focused and can deal with enquiries and queries in a pro-active and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Manage overall coordination of up to 35 meetings/events per week
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of all aspects for all events, taking complete ownership for each event from the initial enquiry, availability and diary management through to the delivery and follow up of all bookings including feedback and financial closure
- Work in partnership with all other service partners to develop and deliver events successfully
- Day to day event management for all event activity
- Club team management aspects.
