Job description: Network Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Marketing Manager to join our client’s thriving and inclusive team. This full-time or part-time marketing management role is hybrid, with one day per week to be based at the office near Manchester. A salary of c£45,000 (flexible for the right individual) is on offer along with a wide range of attractive benefits (full list can be provided).
As Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of the company’s senior management team and be responsible for developing and implementing the B2B division’s marketing strategy to achieve ambitious, yet achievable growth plans. You will also be responsible for setting the marketing strategy focusing on delivering increased market awareness and sales through key marketing initiatives to encourage growth. You’ll also lead and manage a small team of marketing experts.
Once in post you can expect to:
- Set and deliver on the marketing strategy
- Coordinate, manage and develop marketing activity, ensuring it is aligned to business objectives and all key stakeholders are engaged
- Work with wider departments and have an active voice in the wider business strategy
- Ensure that the company’s positioning, messaging and creative are consistent with the wider brand across all marketing channels
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget for the division
- Manage, coach, and lead a small team
To succeed in this busy marketing role, you will need to be an experienced B2B Marketing Manager with time spent plying your trade in the IT services or telecoms industry. In addition, you should have a proven track record and expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies and have experience of leading a team. Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and practices with a solid understanding of effective PR and marketing communications is also essential.
